I agree with the other responses - it's critical for one's mental health to be able to 'unplug' from work. I also agree that the best way to do this is an individual thing for everyone. For me, I use 3 'routines': 1) Turn my laptop off and put away my phone (on a charger in another room) - at least for a while, so that I'm not tempted to stay 'plugged in' 2) Engage my mind in something else - maybe just a conversation with my wife - or, if I'm on the road, a good book about another subject besides what I'm working on - I actually try to read a bit each night before I go to sleep, just to let my mind wind down 3) Get outside - a walk, a run, or even just running errands or grabbing a bite to eat

We compared them to the established non-conventional oil & gas industry in North America to help these Australian producers make the transition to low cost, high volume LNG production.
